Guided by sommelier and owner Clarissa Lorenzato, explore a handpicked selection of five boutique Sicilian wines that capture the spirit of Sicily: sun-drenched, expressive, and full of personality. Enjoy two refreshing whites, Grillo and Vermentino, followed by a delicate rosé of Nerello Mascalese, a native variety from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. The journey concludes with two expressive reds: an elegant Shiraz and Sicily’s signature grape, Nero d’Avola, known for its bold character.
