Six sessions of hourly face-to-face consultation on how to turn your idea into a business. Gain clarity on how to turn an idea into reality, make it happen and take your idea to market.
Cancellation Policy
1.Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when the booking form is completed, and the deposit is received. A full payment of the tour price is required by June 01, 2025 to confirm your participation. If fuIl payment not received, the booking will be considered cancelled, and any deposits paid will be forfeited. Substituting Guests: If you are unable to attend and wish to substitute a new guest, please notify us in writing at least 14 days before tour date. 3. Traveler Responsibility Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas, travel documents, and health certifications required for entry into Malaysia. Health and Fitness: You must be in good health and reasonably fit to undertake the tour’s physical activities. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the tour, please inform us at the time of booking. Personal Property: The tour operator is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour. We recommend travel insurance that covers loss or theft of personal items. 4. Cancellation policy Cancellations made before 1st of June 2025 will forfeit the deposit (AUD500) Cancellations made on or after 1st of June 2025 are non-refundable Tour Cancellation by the Operator: In the unlikely event that the tour operator cancels the tour for any reason (e.g., insufficient participants, force majeure), a full refund will be issued to all affected 5. Liability and Force Majeure Liability: The tour operator is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that occurs during the tour, except where caused by negligence on the part of the tour operator. You are responsible for your own actions during the tour. Force Majeure: The tour operator is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to the itinerary caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances. 6. Photography and Social Media Photographs: The tour operator may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By booking the tour, you consent to the use of your image in such materials. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform the tour leader at the start of the tour. By submitting the booking form and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
