We’ll pair it with classic Valencian tapas, fresh sangría and Agua de Valencia, the signature local cocktail made with cava and citrus. From selecting the best ingredients to crafting saffron-infused rice, you’ll uncover the traditions, stories, and joy that make paella a symbol of togetherness and Spanish culture.
